Next NASA Future Forum with John Glenn at Ohio State Feb. 20-21

The FINANCIAL -- NASA Administrator Charles Bolden, Deputy Administrator Lori Garver and Sen. John Glenn will discuss NASA's past, present and future during a NASA Future Forum at Ohio State University in Columbus on Feb. 20-21. The forum coincides with the 50th anniversary of Glenn's historic Friendship 7 space flight.

Glenn will join space agency officials, Ohio State President E. Gordon Gee, Ohio State students, astronauts, technologists, scientists, and engineers to discuss the role NASA will play in advancing innovation, technology, science, engineering, education and the economy that benefits Ohio and the nation.

According to NASA, the program will feature panel discussions on the importance of education to our nation's future in space, the benefit of commercialized space technology to our economy and lives here on Earth, and the shifting roles for the public, commercial and international communities in space.
