The FINANCIAL -- Company New Capital, part of Kartu Group, is working on evicting Light
Group Ltd from King Rostom’s Palace . As lawyer Archil Kbilashvili told
InterPressNews, the deadline of presenting the documents regarding
ownership of the palace expired today at 15:00,according to InterpressNews.
He says that Light Group presented only one document of lease agreement signed with Property Management, according to which 150 square meters of land area was given to Light Group. New Capital doesn’t recognize the agreement, as the only owner of the property is New Capital.
New Capital will address Old Tbilisi Police and also get interested whether the action of Light Group has signs of crime.
Archil Kbilashvili will apply to the local police today or tomorrow regarding eviction from the King Rostom’s Palace.
New Capital and Light Group disputed over the part of King Rostom’s Palace. Light Group claimed several days ago on 150 square meters of the object and started rehabilitation works there.
