| Aston alumnus speaks of his business success at major UK franchise event |

The FINANCIAL -- A recent Aston University graduate is speaking at a major UK franchise event following his business success, having launched three companies since graduating in 2009.
At Aston University, Nick was founding president of “Students in free enterprise” society that runs projects in the local community. Since his graduation, he has founded three companies, QRky Ltd, which uses quick response technology to link digital contact and multimedia data to printed business cards; Recip.ly, which links recipe websites with online supermarkets; and Co-Go Coffee To Go Ltd, which sells high-quality, ethical takeaway coffee.
He is also guest lecturer at the University of Birmingham’s Business School and at Birmingham City University and was awarded Birmingham Young Professional of the Year 2011 for the Entrepreneurial category.
The National Franchise Exhibition is open from 10am each day, closing at 5pm on Friday 24 February and 4pm on Saturday 25 February 2012.
